No. Fusion supports uploading and organizing data screenshots and images. While GPR data can be zipped and shared as a Project File, Fusion doesn’t support data viewing or processing.
Pro sign-ups are prorated. For example, signing up on the 15th for the base Pro tier ($49.99/month) results in an approximate $25 charge at signup. Recurring payments occur on the 1st of each subsequent month.
Emails can only be linked to one Fusion account. If the user has a separate account, it must be deleted before they can be added to another. Use the customer support form at the bottom left of the Fusion webpage with account details for this request.

The account owner can downgrade to the Free tier at any time. Since the current month’s fees are paid upfront, the account remains at its current level for the remainder of the month. On the 1st of the next month, downgrades take effect, and all data and members are removed. Data is not recoverable. To delete an account entirely, contact support via the customer support form.
For results, Fusion supports .jpg, .jpeg, .png, and .bmp. For project files, it supports .pdf, .doc, .docx, .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .bmp, .kmz, and .zip.
Fusion uses Amazon Web Services (AWS) for data hosting and Stripe for payment processing. Both AWS and Stripe prioritize security. Data and credit card information is inaccessible to GSSI employees and is never stored on GSSI servers.
No. As a web-based platform, Fusion never requires user updates. Improvements and features are implemented and deployed regularly in the background.
Any device with a web browser can access and use Fusion.
Unpaid accounts are first Suspended, blocking access except for payment updates. Suspension lasts 60 days. Downgrades to Free accounts are not allowed during suspension. After 60 days of non-payment, accounts Expire. Expired accounts are immediately closed, access is revoked, and all project data is permanently deleted.
